I love these things! Makes me feel like I’m not such a geek about stuff like this.
Just about everyone needs to take some kind of supplement these days. It would be great if we could get all our nutrients from what we eat, but that isn’t going to happen now is it? Most of us don’t have a chance to sit down to 3 meals a day, never mind count the calories and nutritional value of our food. Life is just too hectic and there’s more to life than calculating how many string beans you need to eat.
Enter dietary supplements and vitamins. TaDa!
Okay, so its not a good idea to totally rely on supplements to do the job and keep you healthy and strong and go ahead while you binge on fast food and be a couch potato. You do have to put in some effort, but taking a multivitamin or dietary supplement will help out.
Men don’t typically worry about what they’re eating and how it effects their health until they’re older. Women, on the other hand, are up on all this stuff. Probably because they get judged more on their looks than guys do or are more self aware or more likely just smarter than guys and know that you need to watch what you eat as well as how much of it.
Since we don’t worry about stuff like that most of the time, once we hit 40 or so (maybe 35 if you’ve been a real couch potato) we start to be more concerned about living a nice long life and that maybe we should’ve taken better care of our bodies and by the way what are the best supplements for men to take in their 40s or 50s? Which ones will help me get some zing back in my life?
Sorry, I don’t have the answers to all those questions. Oops, you thought I did, didn’t you ?! But I do know where to find stuff like this. Stop by http://bestsupplementsformen.net/prohormone-supplements/ and see what they’ve got to say about feeling like yourself again.
Ever wonder what the best supplements for men are? Ever look for them in the vitamin aisle of your local grocery or drug store? There are women’s supplements all over the place, extra iron, extra this or that, made just for a woman’s health, etc. How about guys?
Of course the supplements everyone hears about are the ones for sex; last longer, get harder, grow bigger, etc. Maybe horny goat weed does work? The name makes you think doesn’t it? Are their horny goats running around after eating this weed? Or does it refer to guys as horny goats? Not sure, but its the supplement for better sex that we hear the most about.
So how about getting fit? Something other than steroids please. A diet supplement to help guys build up muscle? Now those we see all over too, pictures of buff guys with bulging biceps and flat abs holding the product and declaring their bods are all down to this or that powder, mix or pill. Uh huh. Has nothing to do with the fact that you spend hours all day every day at the gym and have no life other than lifting. No magic pill there either.
What about my health? Are there vitamins made especially for men with the best supplements for men already included? Are they the ones not made especially for women? I mean if they’re not full of the stuff to help women they should be made for men? Transgender lifestyle aside, there aren’t too many choices here are there? So I guess I’d be safe in picking up a vitamin just made for people? But will it have everything I need? Will I suffer from some deficiency I haven’t even heard of if I buy a vitamin not made just for guys? The weird things that buzz through my mind some days. ..
Stay tuned for more Radio thoughts.
